Order Tracking

The journey of your Pop Rose package can be followed with ease. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. This includes:

Street Address: A clear and accurate street address to avoid any delivery issues.
Contact Information: A valid phone number and email address for timely updates and communication.
Special Instructions: If there are any specific delivery instructions, please include them during checkout to help our couriers.

Please note:

- We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. For example, providing incorrect delivery information including name, address, zip code, etc.

- For certain countries (including U.S. island territories), you may have to go to your local postal office to pick up the package and the delivery time may be longer than suggested above. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but please note that once an order has been dispatched, modifications may not be possible.

Customs and Duties

For our international customers, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply according to your country's regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

What should I do if my order is returned?

Customer responsibility: Incorrect address, refusal of the package, unclaimed, etc. We do not bear any responsibility for such situations. You will be issued the store credits for a corresponding amount, minus the original shipping fee (The original shipping fee refers to the actual shipping cost that we pay to the logistics company for shipping your order, not the shipping fee you paid when placing the order).
Pop Rose responsibility: Full refund include shipping fee except insurance fee, or resend for products you did not receive.

Notes

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes /APO/FPO addresses and non-continental Europe (islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries). Also you will more likely be charged for custom duties than flat-rate shipping.

2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-5 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed. For pre-order items, the wait will be longer as we cannot guarantee the manufacturer's schedule.

3) If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact our Customer Support within 90 days after your order was placed.

4) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

5) We have a few warehouses worldwide. We cannot guarantee your order will be shipped from the closest warehouse due to stocking. Therefore, please kindly note that the shipping time cannot be guaranteed to be faster than the guided times even if you live in a country that has an warehouse.

6) Please request order cancellation as soon as you have made the decision by contacting our customer service. Once the package is sent out from our warehouse, we will not be able to recall it and therefore the order cancellation will not be granted.
